The organization works with Zambian youth, the government and other development partners to contribute to the achievement of National Development Objectives such as the National Development Plan, national youth policy, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the African Youth Charter. Its Vision is "A Zambia of motivated and empowered adolescent and youth contributing effectively in all areas of national development". And the Mission is "To promote positive behavior change and enhance youth participation and augment livelihood capacities among youths in the communities".
