Yesterday's Takeaways with Rev. Christine šŸ’„

"But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles..." ā€” Isaiah 40:31

Yesterday, we were reminded that waiting on God is not passiveā€”it is an act of faith.

As we wait for career opportunities, academic success, breakthroughs, and answered prayers, we must continue to trust God and remain steadfast in prayer. Waiting requires purity, obedience, and wisdom. It means trusting God's process and His appointed time.

When your identity is rooted in Christ, it becomes easier to wait because you know who holds your future. Those who truly wait on God are those who trust Him completely.

God has already given us wings to rise above every challenge, disappointment, and delay. His timing is perfect, and He is never late. What He has promised, He will surely bring to pass.

Keep praying. Keep believing. Keep waiting. Your season is coming. šŸ¦…

The most powerful woman is not the loudest in the room.
She is the one who has mastered herself.
ā€“ She doesnā€™t chase, she chooses
ā€“ She doesnā€™t beg, she attracts
ā€“ She doesnā€™t lose herself, she leads herself
This is the level of woman I am building.
And if youā€™re here, youā€™re becoming her too.

Before this week ends, can I ask you something simple?
How well did you treat people this week?
Not just the important ones.
Not just the ones who benefit you.
But everyone.
Because true leadershipā€¦
isnā€™t about position.
Itā€™s not about money.
Itā€™s not even about achievements.
Itā€™s about people.
The ones you meet every day:
The gateman.
The driver.
The waitress.
Your colleague.
Your team.
The woman who quietly looks up to you.
Because hereā€™s the truth:
Itā€™s easy to look successful on the outsideā€¦
And still be difficult to experience up close.
Some women are admired in public,
but in privateā€¦ itā€™s a different story.
And thatā€™s not the kind of woman youā€™re becoming.
Youā€™re becoming a woman of presence, grace, and kindness.
So as this week wraps up, pause for a moment:
How did you speak to people this week?
Did you rush them?
Ignore them?
Or did you truly see them?
Now you have another chance.
Call someone you havenā€™t checked on.
Speak life into someone on your team.
Send that kind message.
Be intentional. Be warm. Be present.
Because at the end of the dayā€¦
People are the real investment.
And hereā€™s what I know for sure:
People may admire a powerful womanā€¦
But they will always remember a kind one.
