Are you a Zambian-based Community-Based Organisation or Social Movement?

With support from the Government of Sweden (Embassy of Sweden in Lusaka) through the International Development Agency (Sida), ActionAid Zambia has been implementing the Strengthening Civil Society Effectiveness in Promoting Good Governance and Increasing Citizens’ Awareness and Demand for Human Rights in Zambia project for over seven (7) years.
Now in its second phase, the project seeks to strengthen citizen agency and increase awareness, demand, and defence of human rights across Zambia.

ActionAid Zambia invites Community Actors and Social Movements from Southern, Eastern, North Western, Western and Muchinga Provinces to submit bold and transformative project ideas that contribute to the following objectives:
🔹 Enhancing civic participation, accountability, and inclusive democracy by 2028
🔹 Advancing Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights (SRHR) for adolescents, women, and marginalised people

The Skills Advisory Group for Water Supply and Sanitation (SAG-WSS), is inviting applications from recent university graduates for internship opportunities in the following fields:

The programme is targeting to place a total of 40 interns in strategic institutions within the water sector, increasing employability for young professionals and strengthening Zambia's institutions working towards climate resilience.
The initiative was launched in September last year by SAG-WSS with support from the Integrated Water Catchment Management and Landscape Protection project (AWARE 2.0), which is part of the European Union’s Green Nexus Programme, funded by the 🇪🇺EU, 🇩🇪Germany and 🇸🇪Sweden.

Good morning ZAGI Reform.

Today, the 23rd of November, 2025, our organization will be holding elections to vote for capable executive committee members. This includes;
The President, who's also the Chief Executive Officer,

The Secretary General, who's the administrative Guru and backbone of the organization,

The treasurer, who's the finance manager, and

The Publicity Secretary, the chief communications officer.
As you vote, remember that the life of our civil society organization rests upon the executive committee, and once established, it's the duty of every ZAGI Initiative member to support the top leaders in driving change and ensuring the progress of our organization.
