Just a year ago, the drought left fields dry, harvests uncertain, and many families vulnerable.

But even in the hardest seasons, solutions take root.
We are supporting farmers to plant trees, restore their land, and build stronger, more resilient food systems through agroforestry.

Because the future of Zambia depends on what we grow today 🌿

At INUA ,our mission is simple. To work alongside vulnerable communities to create lasting, sustainable change. 🌍

Through community-led solutions in the Blue Economy, Green Economy, and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Education (WASHE), we’re helping build local skills, strengthen food systems, and improve access to essential services.

Because when communities have the right tools and opportunities, livelihoods improve, health improves, and futures become brighter.

Together, we’re building stronger, healthier, and more resilient communities across Zambia.

Hands gripping a hoe. Sweat on the soil.
No machines. No shortcuts.
Just people reshaping the land, one hole, one tree, one future at a time.

In places where farmers are facing declining soil fertility, low yields, and unpredictable weather, hope is taking root 🌱

In the Eastern Province of Zambia, agroforestry is changing the story. By integrating trees into crop fields, farmers are restoring soil health, improving moisture retention, and boosting productivity ,all while building resilience to climate shocks.

What once were struggling fields are becoming productive, climate-smart farms. Trees are no longer seen as a barrier to crops, but as partners in farming.

This is what climate action looks like on the ground: practical, farmer-led, and regenerative
