Across Zambia's regions, many women traders, small-scale , and young continue to face exclusion, exploitation, unsafe working conditions, and limited economic opportunities. Yet every day, they show remarkable resilience as they work to provide for their families and build better futures.
When women and young people have access to information, skills, resources, and platforms to influence decisions, they become powerful agents of change. They challenge injustice, demand , and advocate for more inclusive and sustainable supply chains that leave no one behind.
Real development happens when those most affected by inequality are empowered to shape the solutions. Because lasting change is not created for communities, it is created by communities.
