Starting today, we are honored to share space with different stakeholders as we join hands in service provision during Youth Week at the University of Zambia. Together, we are creating a platform where young people can access vital information, support, and services that empower them to make informed health choices for a brighter future.
Under the theme “Arise and Soar: Health Choices, Bright Future,” we stand united in strengthening collaboration, promoting youth wellbeing, and ensuring that young people are supported to thrive and reach their full potential.

Happy International Women’s Day!
Today, as Space to Share Outreach Center, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and courage of every woman and girl who continues to rise despite the challenges she faces.
As we share this space with women across our communities, let us pause and reflect:
How far have we come?
What battles have we fought?
What victories, big and small, have shaped our journey?
The strides women have made in fighting period poverty, early pregnancy, HIV, sexual violence, and mental health challenges are powerful reminders that change is possible when we stand together.
But our work is not done.
Let us continue to:
✨ Create safe spaces for honest conversations.
✨ Break the silence around menstruation and reproductive health.
✨ Protect and empower girls to dream beyond limitations.
✨ Support survivors with dignity and compassion.
✨ Inspire the next generation to lead boldly and fearlessly.
When women share their stories, mentor young girls, and uplift one another, we are not just transforming individual lives — we are shaping a healthier, safer, and more equitable world.
Together, let’s keep sharing our space.
Together, let’s keep fighting.
Together, let’s build a future where every girl thrives. 💜

On World Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026, we at Space to Share Outreach Centre were proud to collaborate with WasteMat Zambia, united under the empowering catchphrase "Her Health, Her Walk, Her Journey." Together, we are committed to ending period poverty and ensuring that every girl has access to the menstrual products she needs. It's essential that we all find ways to reach out to the girls in our communities who may be in need of menstrual pads and education. By working together, we can create a better world for all, one where every individual’s health and dignity are respected. Let’s strive for a future where no girl has to face challenges due to menstruation.

Depression in teens isn’t just sadness, it’s a quiet cry for help that too often goes unheard.
Every teenager deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
Depression is real but so is recovery and it starts with a single conversation.
Join us in spreading hope and breaking the stigma.
