The journey of a widow is tough.
Widowedhood is so painful and only those who have walked this journey can tell .Loosing a father of your children, a mother of your children is not a story to play with .
The pain becomes unbearable that one wil think the world is ending tomorrow. Thoughts are gone, the brain does not function well during the period of mourning, only God understands the pain a widow/er go through. The bond one had before and after is quiet so difficult to understand..
Please let's pray for the Widows , the children...
Giving Hope Widows and Orphans Foundation joins the Zambians in mourning with the Former first lady and her children...

The Foundation Introduced skills and registered the Entrepreneurs Table Bank Training Institute for our self help groups that are now cooperatives and individuals. ..

Tailoring , Fashion ,Designing and Knitting.

As an organisation, one of our major goals and objectives is to create a society and community where widows youths and Orphans are able to survive on their own and provide for their families without having to struggle or depend on others. Henceforth, it is through partners such as Tools with a Mission , Cometogether Widows and Orphans Organization , Global Fund For Widows and others that we've been able to materialise some of our objectives as an organisation.
Women are being trained in entrepreneurship and tailoring, youths are being trained in agriculture and other sustainable skills. That is what we are all about and that's what we aim to archive in the long run.

Congratulations to all trainees and women at Giving hope widows and orphans foundation Zambia , who have been hard at work teaching themselves a new livelihood with donated sewing machines and haberdashery materials. 🪡🧵🧶

With these new skills, they are now able to become self-sufficient, breaking the vicious cycles of poverty🥰💪

TWAM would like to thank everyone who has donated a sewing machine (3496 sent last year!) - this empowerment is thanks to you!
