Cross Border Traders Association of Zambia CBTA Zambia is a Not-for-Profit Organisation (NPO) working within the COMESA-SADC-EAC (Tripartite) region.

Its main goal is to represent & advocate for traders through sensitizing trade rules and policies, capacity building, and enterprise empowerment.

On July 22, 2025, the Cross-Border Traders Association of Zambia took part in a digital inclusion dialogue in Lusaka. The National Treasurer General shared insights on digital tools used by herself and other small-scale cross-border traders (SSCBTs) to grow their businesses. She also highlighted key challenges, such as limited digital literacy, particularly affecting traders in rural and border areas.
