This past Saturday, we had the honor of hosting an empowering webinar featuring three dynamic young women leaders: Moono Chungu (Marketing), Hon. Zhane Chungu (Politics), and Bertha Mwelwa (Social Impact). From overcoming biases to balancing creativity with data-driven strategies, their stories were a masterclass in resilience, confidence, and leadership.

A huge thank you to our moderator Carol Tiyelesa Phiri, our brilliant speakers, and everyone who attended! The future is female—and it’s rising together.

WEBINAR RECAP: MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH - BREAKING THE STIGMA WAS A RESOUNDING SUCCESS!

The Catalyst Collective made history by hosting a transformative conversation that shattered silence and sparked change. Our webinar, "Men’s Mental Health: Breaking The Stigma," brought together attendees from across the globe for a powerful, eye-opening dialogue.

Highlights from Session:
Kenneth Nthaka moved us with raw truths about cultural barriers, proving vulnerability is strength.
Tom Mackey armed participants with practical tools to recognize and address mental health struggles.
Host Carol Tiyelesa Phiri set the tone with a keynote that left everyone saying, "This is the conversation we’ve been waiting for."
The live Q&A saw courageous questions that revealed just how hungry our communities are for this change.

Why This Matters:
Today proved one thing: men are ready to talk. Attendees didn’t just listen—they shared stories, pledged to check on friends, and committed to unlearning harmful stereotypes.

Today wasn’t an end. It was a beginning.
To every man who spoke up, every ally who listened, and every person who shared—thank you. This is how we , together.
