The conversation surrounding the future of Zambian governance reached a pivotal moment this morning as Unseen Minority Zambia took center stage on KBN TV’s "DayLight Breakfast Show." In an insightful live broadcast, our leadership addressed the critical question: "Are Young People Ready To Lead Zambia?" Representing our organization were Co-Founder Christopher Jambila and Member of the Executive Team Natasha Besa. ARE THE ZAMBIAN YOUTHS READY TO LEAD?

In an era defined by rapid social and economic shifts, the question of whether the next generation is truly prepared to steer the national ship remains a subject of intense debate. Unseen Minority Zambia is taking this conversation to the heart of the public sphere, examining the readiness of young people to transition from the sidelines of policy to the forefront of executive decision-making.

In Commemoration of Youth Day tomorrow 12th March we take up a critical dialogue on KBN TV. Our Co-Founder, Christopher Jambila, and our Member of the Executive Team, Natasha Besa, together, explore the systemic barriers and the untapped potential within the Zambian youth demographic, challenging traditional timelines of leadership and advocating for a more inclusive approach to governance.
