The Bridge Network for Transforming Africa (BNTA), through SONKANO—our platform for international stakeholder engagement and collective action—in partnership with Smart Brands, is pleased to announce the signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) with the Road Transport and Safety Agency (RTSA).

This collaboration will be driven by Dev Connect, a special purpose vehicle created to mobilize transformative partnerships for national development. Together, we are spearheading a private sector-led, multi-stakeholder approach to road safety in Zambia.

Through this strategic partnership, Dev Connect will convene key actors across sectors to:
✅ Champion road safety innovation
✅ Mobilize resources for infrastructure and education
✅ Promote multi-sectoral stakeholder collaboration
✅ Position Zambia as a regional hub for safety-driven economic transformation
