I am honored to share that I am a member of the UNICEF Global Health Advisory Group💙!!!
I am currently in Nairobi, engaging in the UNICEF Youth Advocates Mobilization Lab, while also participating in the Regional World Health Summit. Alongside this, I am taking part in the Lab’s orientation an important step in strengthening how young people lead, influence, and drive impact in global health.
These moments are deeply connected. They reflect a shared commitment to ensuring that young people are not only included, but are actively shaping decisions especially in critical areas such as health, immunization, and equity.
With only a few years left to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals, the urgency is clear.
To young people everywhere: our voices matter, but more importantly, our actions do. There is important work ahead of us, and it will take all of us.I step into this role ready to learn, ready to contribute, and ready to act.
The future is not something we wait for it is something we build, together.
