The Public Welfare Assistant Scheme Guidelines have been revised. Very key and important for us is the reduction of the age criteria for older people to access/benefit from Social Cash Transfer from 65 to 60 years. This will increase the number of beneficiary. The emphasis on digital literacy for the elderly is also exciting. Lets hand hold our elderly.
