⚽🌍 Every game is an opportunity to learn.

Through sport, children develop teamwork, discipline, confidence, and resilienceβ€”skills that go far beyond the pitch.

At Kubuka Zambia, we believe that sport is a powerful tool for education, inclusion, and personal growth. Every training session is another step toward a brighter future. πŸ–€

βš½πŸƒπŸΏ Tomorrow, Chinyama Chiyoma will proudly represent Kubuka in the second edition of the Livingstone Tourism Marathon.

As senior player from our Kubuka 4Stars football team, Chinyama continues to show commitment both on and off the pitch through sport, discipline, and community participation.
We are proud to see our players taking part in events that bring together sport, health, and community in Livingstone.

Good luck, Chinyama! πŸ’ͺ🏿πŸ”₯

πŸ‘¨πŸΏβ€πŸ‘©πŸΏβ€πŸ‘§πŸΏβš½ Families and sport, working together.

We recently held a meeting with the parents and guardians of the 244 registered beneficiaries of our community sports project in Mwandi, Livingstone.

During the meeting, we reviewed the project conditions, with special emphasis on educational support and academic commitment.
We also gathered ideas and suggestions to continue improving the program together with the community.

We keep building this project together, both on and off the field.

β™»οΈβš½πŸ§Ή Our Junior Football Team was busy cleaning up the sports grounds!

Education and awareness are just as important as the game itself in our Mwandi Community Sports Project.

The team learned about the importance of protecting their environment and saying no to littering 🌍✨

Now the grounds are ready for the next matches ahead πŸ™ŒπŸΏβš½

πŸ’Όβœ¨ Loan distribution day in Livingstone

At the end of April, we provided 60,000 kwacha in loans to marketeers at City Market in Livingstone, as part of our microcredit program.

Before the distribution, our coordinator Stanley delivered a short financial training to ensure understanding of key concepts.

This is not just about access to finance, but about doing it with knowledge and sustainability.

We keep working on the ground, close to the community.

πŸŽ‰β€οΈ Yesterday we celebrated Joyce’s birthday and everything she stands for.

Joyce M. Kanimba is not only the founder and director of Kubuka Zambia β€” she is the vision, the strength, and the heart behind everything we do.

Her commitment to the community, her resilience through challenges, and her belief in every child, every woman, every opportunity… are what make this work possible.

This is not just leadership. This is dedication in its purest form.

We are proud to walk this journey with you. 🀍

🌱🏘️ Long-term impact in action

Last week, we visited Jack Mwana Mpapa, a community where Kubuka Zambia has been working since 2014 through our microcredit program.

The visit focused on reviewing how businesses are progressing after our support and identifying new needs within the community.
Sustainable change takes time β€” and staying connected is key. πŸ’›
