Believe girls club Empowering Girls, Building Futures What does GSU do? Holiday Camp: GSU runs girls camps during school holidays on emerging girls-related issues.

All GSU programs have a solid “girl-infused” approach to ensure that girls are actively involved at every possible stage. We run: Scholarship Program: for high achieving girls with challenge-riddled backgrounds to attend and complete high school on a partial or full scholarship.

2. In addition to the camps, we also run workshops and awareness campaigns throughout the year. The camps, workshops and awareness campaigns are designed to give girls a platform where they can safely express themselves, learn how to healthily navigate through their adolescent years and plan their future. It is all about building sustained generations of empowered girls.
3. Mentorship Book Club: qualified mentees called GSU Trailblazers commit to a year-round, three-year program, mentorship through a book club. The reading-list allocated books is designed to build leadership qualities such as self-assertiveness, confidence, self-value in the girls’ varied relationship roles, career mentorship, introduction to good governance of the land and entrepreneurial basics.
