🌍 Celebrating a W.A.V.E. Trailblazer!

It is our esteemed pleasure to congratulate Serai Chung on her appointment as Director of International Talent Acquisition!

Workforce development is about more than preparing people for jobs—it’s about preparing people to strengthen communities.

At W.A.V.E. Foundation, we believe true success isn’t measured only by employment. It’s measured by the impact professionals make when they use their knowledge, skills, and compassion to serve others.

When we invest in workforce-ready professionals, we’re also investing in healthier families, stronger neighborhoods, and brighter futures. Every healthcare worker, educator, public health professional, and community leader has the power to create a ripple effect that extends far beyond the workplace.

Community service reminds us that our careers are not just about what we earn—they’re about what we give back.

Together, let’s build a workforce that is skilled, compassionate, and committed to making a lasting difference where it’s needed most.
