Enhancing Access to Justice at Community Level!
Today 7/12/25 we have kicked off a powerful joint workshop in Kitwe, Copperbelt bringing together Local Court Magistrates, Clerks, Chiefs, Traditional Court Officials, and Community-Based Paralegals, with support from GIZ and the European Union under the Enabling Access to Justice, Civil Society Participation and Transparency (EnACT) Programme in Zambia
The Focus is sharing experiences, raising awareness on primary justice, and strengthening collaboration among local courts, traditional leaders, and paralegals to make justice more fair, transparent, and accessible for all.
