2026 MARIATHON VISITATION

The dedicated team from Radio Maria Zambia, Kabwe Annunciation team, is excited to announce that they will be at Kaparu parish for their second Mariathon Visit, which is scheduled to take place on the 14th of June, 2026. This special visit promises to be a memorable occasion, as it provides an opportunity for the local parishioners to come together in faith and fellowship.

Listeners are invited to tune in to the broadcast station at 92.7 FM, where they can participate in the live transmission of the Holy Mass, allowing them to engage with the spiritual celebration from the comfort of their homes or wherever they may be.

Matthew 5:17-19

Jesus said to his disciples:
"Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets.
I have come not to abolish but to fulfill.
Amen, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away,
not the smallest letter or the smallest part of a letter
will pass from the law,
until all things have taken place.
Therefore, whoever breaks one of the least of these commandments
and teaches others to do so
will be called least in the Kingdom of heaven.
But whoever obeys and teaches these commandments
will be called greatest in the Kingdom of heaven."

Golden Jubilee of missionary Service in Zambia 🇿🇲🇿🇲🙏

This Saturday, 13.06.26, marks a momentous occasion as we commemorate the Golden Jubilee of CICM missionaries in Zambia, celebrating 50 years of dedicated missionary service.

Beginning in Ndola Diocese, Kalulushi in 1976, their selfless faith, service, and love have profoundly impacted numerous lives across Zambia and beyond. In anticipation of this milestone, Radio Maria Zambia Kabwe Annunciation hosted esteemed guests including Fr. Jean Kanyinda, CICM - Provincial Superior, DRC, Fr. Edson Joseph, CICM - Parish Priest, St. Veronica, Haiti, Fr. Peter Koh, CICM - Singapore, and Fr. Joseph Taguinod, CICM - Assistant Parish Priest, St. Veronica, Philippines.

The upcoming Jubilee Mass, to be celebrated by Archbishop Rev. Phiri of Ndola, will be attended by a delegation of priests and the lay faithful from Singapore, DRC, Malawi, USA, and Rome. Here's to 50 years of spreading hope and embodying Christ's love in Zambia. Congratulations to our jubilarians!

Then Jesus said to his disciples, “You are the salt of the earth; but if the salt loses its flavor, how can it be made salty? You need nothing else than to be thrown away and trampled on by men.
You are the light of the world; a city that is set on a hill cannot stay hidden,
nor do you light a chandelier to put it under the bush, but above the chandelier to give light to everyone in the house.
So let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven. "
