Dear beloved Advocates,

This Easter, as we reflect on the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, we are reminded of the ultimate sacrifice made for humanityโ€™s redemption. The cross was not only a symbol of suffering but of courage, dignity and unwavering purpose.

In the same spirit, we call upon society to recognize the struggles of the boy child, often silent, often overlooked. Just as Christ bore the weight of the cross, many boys today carry burdens of expectation, neglect and misdirection. Yet within them lies the potential for resilience, leadership and transformation.

Let Easter be a call to action: to uplift the boy child with guidance, discipline and compassion. To teach him that true strength is not in dominance but in sacrifice, responsibility and love. To remind him that dignity is preserved not by escaping hardship, but by facing it with faith and integrity.

As Christ rose in victory, so too must we ensure that the boy child rises above the challenges of his time, empowered, protected and prepared to live a life of purpose.

The cross teaches us that pain can be turned into power and sacrifice into salvation. Let us give the boy child the chance to rise!

Today, we stand for awareness. Tomorrow, we stand for acceptance.

On this World Autism Awareness Day (April 2nd), Boy Child Advocacy Zambia celebrates every child on the autism spectrum. Every child is unique, capable, and deserving of love, understanding, and opportunity.

Let us raise a generation that embraces differences, shows compassion, and builds inclusive communities where no child is left behind.

Together, we can make a difference. ๐Ÿ’™

Today we rise with one voice.

The future of our nation is not in tomorrow - it is in the youth we are shaping today.

We sound a clear and urgent call:

Across our communities, many boys are growing without guidance, without mentorship, without safe spaces to express their struggles. If we do not act now, we risk raising a generation that is wounded, angry, and without direction. But if we stand together - parents, leaders, schools, churches, government, and partners - we can raise boys who are strong in character, disciplined in mind, and courageous in purpose.

Youth Day is not just a celebration.

Let us invest time.

To every young person: your life has value, your voice matters, and your destiny is greater than your circumstances.
