ZAMBIA NURSING FOUNDATION (ZNF)
STATEMENT ON TODAY’S RELEASE OF NMCZ EXAMINATION RESULTS

The Zambia Nursing Foundation (ZNF) acknowledges the official release of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia (NMCZ) examination results today by the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Zambia.

As candidates begin to access their results, we extend our sincere congratulations in advance to all those who have successfully passed. Your hard work, discipline, and perseverance have paid off, and you should take pride in this important milestone in your nursing and midwifery journey.

To those who may not achieve the results they had hoped for, we urge you to remain strong and not lose hope. This moment does not define your future. Many great professionals have faced setbacks and risen stronger. Take time to reflect, regroup, and prepare to come back better. Your goal is still valid, and success is still possible.

We are aware of concerns regarding performance trends, and we encourage students preparing for upcoming examinations not to be discouraged by any perceived low pass rates. Instead, let this be a wake up call and a source of motivation to study harder, stay focused, and fully commit to your training. The nursing profession demands excellence, and with the right effort, it is achievable.

The Zambia Nursing Foundation remains committed to nurturing, supporting, and strengthening the nursing profession in Zambia. We will continue to stand with students and professionals alike as you strive for excellence in service to the nation.

It is truly an honour to share that the Zambia Nursing Foundation has been recognized as a youth-led and growing organization during this year’s National Youth Week celebrations 🇿🇲

Our Director of Operations Given Gracious Mafuta is privileged to have been selected as a delegate, representing ZNF at the Career Fair held at Mulungushi International Conference Centre in Lusaka.

This recognition is not just about us as an organization — it reflects the power of young professionals in shaping the future of healthcare in Zambia. As nurses and health advocates, we are not only caregivers but leaders, innovators, and change-makers driving impact in our communities.

Today, we stand proud to represent a foundation that believes in youth leadership, mentorship, and advancing opportunities for young people in the health sector.

The future of nursing and healthcare in Zambia is bright — and youth are at the center of it.
