Today, we shine the torch on the mothers of Siamikobo Village ✨
These women are the heart of their families and the strength of their community.

At HEAL Foundation Zambia, we believe that when mothers are supported, children thrive and communities grow stronger.

💛 Stand with us. Partner, support, or share to help us continue this work.

As we begin our week today we are particularly thankful for the women of purpose from International Baptist Church Lusaka, for coming not only to fellowship with us but also gifted the 36 children on our nutrition program with Soya porridge, soya chunks, rice, samp, sugar, salt and detergent. This act of love and selflessness reflects the heart of Christ as is written in Matt 25:35 "For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me.”

As heal foundation we are truly grateful 🙏🙏🙌

If you would love to partner with us please feel free to reach out.

Literacy is at the heart of our foundation. We take reading seriously, because we believe every child deserves the power to read and write. We will not stop until every child can confidently do both ✍️As we look ahead to 2026, we are excited and hopeful for all that lies ahead for our children and our mission. ✨As the year begins, we are deeply grateful to our friends at Arise Africa for their generous donation of stationery 👏👏🥹At HEAL Foundation, we believe that quality education is a right for every child , not only in urban classrooms, but also in our villages. Every child deserves access to crayons, paint, books, and other visual learning tools that spark creativity, confidence, and a love for learning.Because where a child is born should never determine the quality of education they receive. 💛 Cynthia Chongo Chihili

Looking back at last month, this moment still fills our hearts with so much gratitude. Hearing one of our volunteers give a vote of thanks reminded us how far we’ve come and how much impact kindness can make. These desks represent more than furniture, they represent hope, dignity, and a better learning experience for our children. As we prepare to begin classes, we do so with renewed excitement and thankfulness.Thank you, Touching Lives Foundation, for your generosity and for believing in our literacy hub. You truly touched lives 💛🙏 Cynthia Chongo Chihili
