On behalf of the people of Luangeni and indeed all well-meaning Zambians at large, I stand to offer my heartfelt congratulations on your re-election as President of the Republic of Zambia.

The people have spoken, They have renewed their trust in your vision of a united, prosperous, peaceful and inclusive Zambia.

We thank God for a peaceful election and for the wisdom of our people. We pray for the peace we have had in your previous term of office to continue now and forever as we promote our slogan of "one Zambia one nation".

As you begin this new term, we pray that God grants you wisdom, strength, and good health. May you continue to unite us, fight corruption, create jobs for our youths, economic development and ensure that development reaches every part of zambia, from Lusaka to Luangeni my constituency, there is nothing making me more proud of you than seeing luangeni and Zambia at large developing.

Your Excellency, Luangeni pledges its support. We look forward to working with your government to deliver more electricity, better schools, better clinics, better roads, empowerment and opportunities for our farmers and entrepreneurs.In simple terms opportunities and development for all and I am fully confident that with all that been said, Hon Moses Frank Moyo will deliver to our expectations.

First, I want to say Zikomo Kwambiri to every supporter, every campaign team member, every volunteer who walked, prayed, and worked with me from one corner to another in luangeni.

Your time, your resources, your support, your songs .I saw it all. You believed in our vision for better luangeni. I am proud of the campaign we ran. We kept it clean. We kept it peaceful.

The people have spoken. I congratulate Hon Moses Frank Moyo on his victory. Hon. Moyo, I pledge my support to you. Luangeni needs development, The issues raised by our people should be of your great concern as you start another term of office.

To my team,Do not be discouraged. In democracy, sometimes we win, sometimes we learn. What matters is that we showed up for Luangeni.we will come back stronger in 2031 but work starts now.

It hurts but God knows what is best for us now.we leave everything in God's hands.

We have campaigned with respect. We have differed in ideas, but we remain one people.

Now the work is in your Today On *13th August 2026,I ask you to vote with your conscience. Vote for development. Vote for change, vote for Ronald jere,Vote for a leader who will serve you, not himself.

To my fellow candidates, in every competition where peace is treasured ,there can only be one winner. The agenda to develop luangeni is all what we pushed for and only one of us will get this opportunity to lead at this particular time. You gave me a tough race.

I and my team have received the news of the untimely death of Miss Mwansa, a teacher at Chikando Secondary School with shock and sadness.

It is really sad to lose such a young and energetic teacher who worked tirelessly to educate our children and ensure that the literacy levels improved in our Constituency.

I send my outmost condolences to her family and the entire teaching fraternity in the country.

BRAINS CAN DEFEAT POWER

In politics, many believe that power, money, influence, and connections is everything. But history has shown us time and again that brains will always triumph over raw power.

Power without wisdom is like a vehicle without a steering wheel. It moves, but it destroys everything in its path. Brains, on the other hand, are the steering wheel that guides a community towards progress, development, and prosperity.

A leader with brains doesn't need to intimidate. They inspire. They don't need to buy loyalty. They earn it through ideas, solutions, and a clear vision for the people.

Look around the world ,the greatest leaders who transformed nations were not the richest or the most powerful. They were the thinkers, the planners, the visionaries who understood that real power lies in serving the people with intelligence and integrity.

In Luangeni, we don't need a leader who throws money at problems. We need a leader who thinks through problems. A leader who plans for roads, schools, clinics, water, electricity, empowerment , agriculture,skills,local markets and many more,not because it sounds good, but because they have a strategy to deliver.

Brains build systems. Power builds fear.
Brains create opportunities. Power creates dependence.
Brains unite people. Power divides them.
Brains deliver lasting change. Power delivers temporary comfort.

The people of Luangeni are wise. They know that a leader with vision, education, and a plan will take them further than a leader with only a big wallet and empty promises.

This is why we say -OSAYOPA, OSAFOKA! Do not fear, do not be intimidated. Choose substance over spectacle. Choose brains over power. Choose development over stagnation.
