RiverWel Residents Association The RiverWel Residents Association is a dedicated community group committed to enhancing safety, security, and unity within our neighborhood.

Through the support of our valued members and their contributions, we work collaboratively to create a secure and thriving environment for all residents. Our efforts include:
1️⃣ Partnering with a Private Security Company (CSS) to ensure 24/7 proactive patrolling of the RiverWel area.
2️⃣ Implementing additional security measures, such as palisade fencing, to enhance neighborhood safety.
3️⃣ Suppo

rting the Honeydew Community Police Forum in collaboration with Honeydew SAPS to strengthen crime prevention initiatives.
4️⃣ Adopting innovative strategies and solutions to meet our community’s goals and needs. Join us in making RiverWel a safer, better place to call home!

We’re thrilled to share that the RiverWel Residents Association has added brand-new Brush Cutters to our toolkit! These powerful tools will help us deliver even better and more efficient services to our amazing community.

Our team will be hitting the ground running as soon as they complete the necessary training. Here’s to an efficient and effective start to 2025! 🚀

🌟 Community in Action! 🌟

The RiverWel Residents Association is back in full swing after the holidays!
Our dedicated team is hard at work, starting with maintenance at Cockspur Bridge. With all the rain, conditions have been challenging, but we’re pushing forward to keep our community safe and beautiful.

✅ Recent Updates:

Inspected the greenbelt but the grass is too wet for trimming just yet.

Checked the Joburg Water repair at Amarant/JG Strydom – while not perfect, it’s holding up for now.

Discovered a new storage unit at the site, which we’ll be addressing later today!
