Dear friends and family, it's been too long hearing each other here, yet I see a lot of you interacting in this page. Thank you for a continuous support for this page. Since I started working in this project 8 years ago, it has been a moment of growth and different experiences with the communities in the area. The work with the traditional council of Empangisweni has been a great experience with good collaboration and support for each other when it comes in serving the community. I want to thank and appreciate such a collaboration. Working with the board of Ethembini Care Centre made me to grow in doing the services in the community and in managing this organization, a big thank you to you all and especially the Chairperson of the board with whom I communicated more
To all the sponsorship of this organization, thank you so much for the continuous support for the work and services of the organization, please continue to do so since the organization is in the safe hands of the board and the leadership management. We have a great staff members who have been empowered to do their work well, I want to ask them to continue with the work they have been committed all these years to do it well. Without you guys the organization cannot exist, please continue the work well done. Last but not least, thank so much for supporting us sisters while in this project, we value your support and hope this will not end since we are still going to continue with the mission while at Umphumulo missio, the home of South Eastern Diocese which is not so far from this project. Please welcome the new Project Manager who will be starting on the first of February 2025. You will hear from him after his arrival to the project. From me Sr Happiness and Sr Lindeni we wish you a very blessed Christmas and happy New Year. We love you all dear family of Ethembeni Care Centre. Shalom

Compliments of the New Year family and friends. It seems like the year has gone far but trust, it's still January 2024. We have started the year well at Ethembeni Care Centre with our lively staff and our Community Caregivers. We are still standing because of the support we receive from all of you. This week (21-27 January 2024), the Manager and the Program Manager are in the AIDS Foundation South Africa Training. This week we are doing M&E training and it's already the 3rd training. Last two months we did leadership training which was tailored for the "overseers" or governing body of the organization and the second one was on Financial Management which help us to use finances efficiently. We really appreciate AFSA (AIDS Foundation South Africa) for the opportunity to train and monitor the organization in the process. Thank you AFSA. As Home Based Care Project-Swart Mfolozi we wish you all friends and family a blessed 2024. We love you
