As this autumn training series comes to an end, our coaches remind every para athlete: the injury you prevent is the session you never lose. Cool down, know the difference between discomfort and pain, check your equipment, and keep communicating with your coach. Stay healthy, stay strong, and keep showing up for the season ahead.
