Lending a helping hand.

Our humanitarian relief team visited Langa today to assist 24 families who lost their possessions during a recent fire in the Langa community.

Our mandate as Community Chest, in partnership with Department of Social Development, provided much needed food boxes, hygiene and kitchen packs and blankets.

Heritage Celebrations 🇿🇦

Such an honour hosting our elders from TLC4S today to celebrate Heritage Month🩷

Our seniors shared beautiful stories of our rich heritage. We danced, laughed, exchanged conversations and enjoyed a fitting braai together.🇿🇦

Gratitude 🙏

We are honoured to have received a special Appreciation Award from the Department of Social Development of the Western Cape at today’s quarterly meeting, alongside five other humanitarian relief organisations.✨

This acknowledgement means a lot to us and inspires us to continue serving our communities.

Thank you to our donors and partners whose support makes this work possible.🙏🏽
