MLT Institute We deal with formal and informal traders where we offer various training, funding and access to markets.

The primary focus of our organization is to address the most recurring problems facing society today, with unemployment and lack of “skills in demand” such as entrepreneurship being one of the leading. The main notion of our organization is to make a meaningful contribution in the fight against poverty and the prevention of potential elements which lead to poverty through education, empowerment, p

ositioning for readiness to access opportunities, and various types of mentorship to shape and empower the minds of the youth and vulnerable persons in the communities in various ways. We also deal with Job Seekers where we facilitate learnerships, internships and job placements. We also offer job seekers various life skills and job readiness programs. Lastly we deal with individuals who need to capacitate themselves with various soft and technical skills. Our target is communities within Kwatsaduza and neighboring where there is currently a very high unemployment rate and vulnerable youth most of which have potential but lack of empowerment opportunities, as well as a high rate of disadvantaged persons above 35.
