🐞 Not All Stink Bugs Are Bad: One Protects Your Garden, One Damages It

At first glance, these two insects look almost identical. But one of them is actually helping your garden, while the other is feeding on it. 🌱
🐞 The Spined Soldier Bug is a beneficial predator. It hunts caterpillars, grubs, and other garden pests that can damage your vegetables and flowers.
⚠️ The Brown Marmorated Stink Bug is an invasive species that feeds on tomatoes, peppers, beans, fruit trees, and many other crops.
One simple clue can help tell them apart:
✔ Sharp, pointed shoulders = beneficial predator
❌ Rounded shoulders with white bands on the antennae = garden pest
Before reaching for a spray bottle, it's worth taking a closer look. Sometimes the insect you think is the problem is actually one of your garden's best allies.
👇 Have you ever noticed these bugs in your garden?
