As a community development organisation, making money is secondary to bringing essential services to the community. At Imibala Learning Academy we offer early childhood learning programmes to children from disadvantaged families, from the informal settlements of Vusimuzi in Tembisa, Ekurhuleni.

The reality is that more than half of our clients can not afford the minimum fees we are charging. When parents cannot afford the fees, we don't say the child must stay home. They continue to come to class to play and learn with the other children. The centre also employs two young people from the area, who work as ECD practitioners.

As iMibala Foundation we are looking for partners to help us in this mission to bring change to our community, in a form of learning programmes for young people, a nutrition programme and empowering the most vulnerable members of our society.

Education is a basic human right and it starts as early as possible. We recognize that all children deserve and need quality early childhood education to thrive in their future, no matter their background.

At Imibala Learning Academy we offer early childhood development programmes, play groups for 2 Years up and literacy & art learning intervention programmes for learners in school, all at affordable prices!
