Bertus, Chanthal, and their twin girls are faithfully leading our RH Prieska support project in the Northern Cape.
We are preparing to launch discipleship classes for both children and their parents. Like many communities across South Africa, Prieska is affected by deep challenges, including domestic violence, substance abuse, and brokenness. We recognise that handouts alone cannot bring true healing, only the Gospel, lived out through intentional and effective discipleship, can transform lives.
While we continue to support children by meeting their immediate needs and showing them love, our greater mission is to bring them the hope of the Gospel. Soon, we will be launching the Jesus Film Project’s Discipleship School for both children and adults in Prieska.
We kindly ask you to stand with us in prayer:
• For provision in every area, especially for a safe and secure venue to host the discipleship classes
• For hearts to be open and receptive to the Gospel
• For healing in the lives of children, and that they may rise into their God-given calling
• For Pastor Fisher (JC Care of Joy), the RH Prieska team, Bertus, and Chanthal, wisdom, strength, and guidance as they lead this work
