Eldorado Park again! A diverse community with historical and present challenges.Recently we were faced with many unwarranted deaths and injuries caused by firearms.Tears and fear griped the hearts of all residents young and old not forgetting those who are living with Disabilities.A call for Government intervention led to the camping of stakeholders political houses faith-based organizations and the Greater community at the Eldorado Park Police station.

It is now day 33 and were visted by various Government officials still awaiting is the final draft approach and other request made by stakeholders political houses faith-based organizations and the Greater community.

This is a call for unity.It is important that we stand together to save our community.The future of our children and our children's children are at stake.

*AFRICA UNITED COUNCIL FOR DISABLED AGED AND VULNERABLE PERSONS*

*ABUSE!* OF PERSONS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES WITH REGARDS TO PRE TERMINATION NOTICES‼️

Persons living with Disabilities has a Constitutional right to proper and adequate service delivery.They reserve the right to dignity in terms of proper housing electricity water and sanitation. This is a basic fundamental right to persons living with Disabilities.

Persons above are abused by COJ and all of their officials. COJ is throwing a deaf ear to the plite and the issues being raised by Persons living with Disabilities and thee ageged.We have tabled a comprehensive complaint with thee MMC OF HEALTH and furnished him with 110 pre termination notices. According to thee MMC OF HEALTH OFFICE they escalated this matter to the MMC OF FINANCE.

One meeting with thee community has been called which we deemed to be another smoke screen.

*Our stance is clear and we need COJ to act immediately!* We are saying

*SCRAP PRE TERMINATION NOTICES WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!*
*ENSURE THAT ALL METERS ARE CALLABRATED BEFORE SENDING OUT NEW BILLS/STATEMENTS!*

*ENSURE THAT ALL METER READERS ARE WELL TRAINED AND EQUIPT TO THE TASK AT HAND!*.

*WE WANT NO FURTHER MEETINGS WE WANT THEE ABOVE TO BE DEALTH WITH!*

We shall and we will call on all Persons living with Disabilities and The Aged to rise up and table a vote of no confidence within *COJ* and its administration

*Nothing for us without us!*

Our votes are not disabled and Aged they count.
