⚽ Different Types Of Soccer Passes! 🧠🔥

Remember 📌DEFEND AS A UNIT 🫱🏻

One player can’t defend the whole team❌

When one player presses, the others have to cover.
When the ball moves, everyone shifts as ball positions
Stay close. Protect the middle. Talk to each other.

Because if there are big gaps between players, the opponent will find them.

Good defending is not about running more

It’s about moving together 🔥work together

Simple as that. ⚽🤝

Coaches, what’s is the hardest part when defending as a unit — pressing, covering, staying compact, or communicating?

Match day performance start before kick-off.

Many players focus on training, but skip the basics that prepare them for the match. 🔥
MATCH READINESS ⚽

Want to be ready when the game starts?

😴 Sleep well — give your body time to recover.
🍚 Fuel your body — eat enough to have energy.
💧 Stay hydrated — don’t wait until you feel thirsty.
🧠 Get focused — know your role and be ready to react.

Your performance starts before kick-off.

Prepare well. Arrive ready. Play your game.

📌 SAVE this for your next match-day routine.
💬 COMMENT — what do you usually forget before a match?
🔄 SHARE it with a teammate who needs this reminder.
