As confirmed by Bedfordview CPF and Cllr Kade, there is a crowd gathered in Planeet Road and Welkom Street Klopperpark.

No major routes are affected however we suggest to stay clear of the area in the interim.
All relevant services are on scene and are monitoring.

We will endeavour to update as we receive information.
