IA Youth @ Work is seeking host employers to join our network as workplaces willing to train on-the-job and shape young people's contributions to relevant, global and competitive workflows.
- Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back to your community?
- Do you want to invest in tomorrow’s generation and create a real, lasting impact?
Training-on-the-job a fresh graduate / apprentice on current, agile and efficient ways of working in their dream jobs is a mind blowing experience and a dream come true.
For them, this is exposure to the latest cutting edge tools of trades, seamless workflows, cleaner ways of being agile, dependable, while gaining experience that will open doors with growth opportunities.
Building from this point forth is life changing and an experience many young people are looking for daily.
I’m currently seeking employers who are about to or are already committed to training young people on-the-job.
Employers who would like to re-produce themselves, with an added benefit of adding modern techniques for the forever changing world of work.
This involves welcoming young people into your organisation to:
- Gain insight into your industry.
- Learn new and practical industry skills.
- Discover career pathways they may not have considered
- Learn and work in relevant workflows that develops their professional and personal brands.
- Get exposed to cutting edge tools of trades.
- Refine and deliver on the introduced work skills.
- Gain a funded qualification (for learnerships & WIL).
- Learn how to problem solve professionally.
- Learn how to refine work processes and become agile.
- Build confidence, aspiration, and motivation for their future.
- Dream big and unbox their thought processes.
For many fresh graduates/apprentices, opportunities like these are genuinely life changing. A single funded program can open local and international doors, ignite ambition, and help shape brighter futures, while representing the leader that took a step with them when they 1st stepped into the world of work.
