📌 Eligibility Criteria:
- Be younger than 37 years of age
- Have the capacity to carry out and advance the activities and objectives of Young AFSA
- Demonstrate an interest in leadership and ADR
- Prior experience in leading networking activities is preferred but not a requirement
- 3 years’ experience in dispute resolution
- Specific experience in arbitration

The successful applicants will be appointed for a term of two years.
