Behind every great performance is preparation. 🎶

On 10 October 2026, we brought together conductors for a workshop dedicated to learning, growth and preparation ahead of the upcoming Buang Moloto Arts Showcase.

It was more than just a workshop. It was an opportunity to exchange knowledge, sharpen skills and strengthen the people who play such an important role in bringing music to life.

At Buang Moloto Foundation, we believe that developing talent also means investing in those who lead, guide and inspire it.

Here are a few moments from a day of learning and shared passion for music.

The journey to the Buang Moloto Arts Showcase continues! 🎼

Some moments remind you why you started. ❤️

On 24 September, we had the privilege of spending the day with the community of Senthumule in Koster. What we experienced was more than an event — it was people showing up for one another, giving what they could, sharing their time and simply choosing to care.

Watching everything come together, from the donations to the conversations, the smiles and the people who gave their time to serve, was incredibly special.

To every person, organisation, volunteer and partner who contributed in one way or another — thank you. None of this happens because of one person. It happens because people believe that even the smallest act of kindness can make a difference.

This is what Buang Moloto Foundation is about. Showing up. Serving. And doing what we can, where we can. ❤️

FOUR WORKS. ONE STAGE.

What makes the Buang Moloto Choral Showcase different is the fullness of the artistic journey: the purity of A Ca****la, the grandeur of Orchestra, the rhythm and identity of Isitibili, and the storytelling of Musical Theatre/Folklore.

On 31 October 2026, these four expressions meet on one stage in Rustenburg — celebrating voice, heritage, discipline and imagination.

5 Days to go... Ledig Are you ready?

You stood up for Afrikaans.
You stood against injustices.
Right here in Ledig, your community carried that same fight.

And you can change the narrative again.

For too long, the arts were dismissed as just a hobby.
They took our art. They silenced our stories from Ledig to Rustenburg
But this is not a hobby. It’s a calling.

As we commemorate June 16, we put youth first.

Showcase your talent
20 June | Ledig
Let your voice be heard. Reclaim the art they tried to erase from our streets.
