Today we are celebrating the joy, courage, and confidence growing in the water with the children of Bubbly Educare 🌊

Every swimming lesson is more than just learning a skill – it's about building confidence, overcoming fears, developing water safety awareness, and creating opportunities for children to thrive.

A special thank you to Sunne for your continued support and belief in our children, and to Bumps to Babes for generously allowing us to use your pool. Your kindness helps create safe spaces where children can learn, grow, and discover what they're capable of.

We are absolutely thrilled to show off Bubbly Educare’s new and shiny outside protection, isn’t it great!! 💃 🥳

Now the Bubbly kiddies can go to the toilet in a dry protected area for the very first time.

The positive impact this will have on the Bubbly kiddies is going to be lasting - we are just so grateful!

A HUGE thank you to the Sheppy family who sponsored the whole project, you guys all rock! What a wonderful example of Ubuntu coming together in our community to uplift the children 🫶🏼

15 adults and 10 children in Dunoon lost their homes to a fire this week💔 Fires happen often here… people just trying to cook and keep warm in crowded spaces. We donated rice, maize meal, blankets, and pillows to help them start again. Let’s keep looking out for each other. This is an urgent community appeal for clothing, food, blankets, pillows, crockeries and toiletries.

One of our most recent projects at Khulisa Abantwana was supporting the children of Silverleaf Primary School by supplying over 250 pairs of school shoes to learners in need 💙

Something as simple as a new pair of shoes can restore confidence, dignity, comfort, and encouragement for a child walking into school each day.

This project reminded us that small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our mission of nurturing the children and creating brighter futures within our community 🌱

At Khulisa Abantwana, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to grow, feel supported, and discover their potential.

Through our swimming and Teacher Trainee Programs, we are creating safe spaces where children and young people can build confidence, learn valuable life skills, and develop into future leaders within their communities 💙

What happens in the pool goes far beyond swimming lessons — it becomes mentorship, discipline, teamwork, courage, and hope for a brighter future.
