The MOVING AHEAD DEVELOPMENT AGENCY NPC - MADA is a registered Non-Profit and public organisation that is dedicated to the empowerment of youth and communities, through skills, social, enterprise and sports development. We are passionate about giving today’s generation the opportunity for a brighter future. We aim to fight against the scourge of gender-based violence as well as to mentor and build

boys to become responsible men through our Boys 2 Men flagship programme. We are accredited with various sectors of education and training. Our main objective is to offer the training and development of the fourth industrial revolution in a new era of innovation in technology, creating opportunities for our youth. We are the agent of change who develop guide and strengthen our communities by inspiring a culture of advanced learning and knowledge. MADA’s Key Objective

To create a career path and foster a love for learning. Create employment opportunities for unemployed youth. Encourage private/public sector to support underprivileged communities. Build communities and become an agent of change. To encourage the study of Engineering and Technology. To upskill employed individuals with IT soft skills. OUR PROJECTS

Boys to Men

We mentor and build career paths for 45 Grade, 9 boys, without fathers who are passionate about studying Engineering and Technology. The main objective is to encourage creative thinking, foster a love of learning, teach them to have faith and find their purpose in life. There is a perception that boys raised without both parents don’t become responsible men who play a vital role in society. Learnership- Generic Management

The learnership provides training on 100 learners with IT skills in the funeral parlour sector, in the Limpopo province. The objective is to train IT skills, introduce electronic processes and systems that will eliminate manual administration. IT Academy

MADA provides IT courses A+ and N+ to previously disadvantaged communities of Johannesburg Region G and surrounding areas. The centre is also a digital transformation hub for employed individuals. Aviation Careers Exposure

Mada has collaborated with the National Aerospace Centre (NAC) to expose students and learners to career opportunities in the fields of Aviation and Aeronautical Engineering. Accreditation

Our programmes are accredited by various Sectors for Education and Training Authorities.
