🚨SECURITY ALERT 🚨

Our area has experienced a spike of gate motor thefts.
Alarms are not been triggered so we suspect a signal jammer is being used. The only solution for now is physically locking your gate with a large sturdy lock at night.
To assist SAPS with correct numbers of gate motor thefts, PLEASE report theft to SAPS.

✅✅BRING SASSA TO OUR DOORSTEP*

Hello Ward 104

Earlier in the month we hosted a Sassa help table with Hon Bridget Masango from parliament and it became apparent that there is dire need for a SASSA office in randburg.

Many disabled and elderly people dependent on these grants are forced to travel as far as midrand or roodepoort for assistance on accounts and applications.

Please sign our petition to get SASSA to their doorstep.

A mobile SASSA unit will bring services closer to the people, reduce the burden
transport and long queues especially for the elderly and disabled and enhance
service delivery support in Randburg.

We demand:

- Immediate deployment of a mobile
SASSA unit that can assist with new applications as well as queries on existing
grant accounts;
- Regular scheduling and deployment
of a mobile unit in Randburg with clear timeous communication to the community; and
- Assessment of the need for a permanent office
in Randburg.

We owe it to the most vulnerable in our society 🙏🏼

Cllr Emi Koekemoer

We the undersigned hereby demand that the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) urgently deploy a mobile SASSA unit in the Randburg region. Thousands of vulnerable South Africans are forced to spend the very little grant money they receive to travel long distances to the closest SASSA office....
