Sudwala Funscapes, a premier 4x4 and adventure campsite near the iconic Sudwala Caves, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our thrilling outdoor adventure destination. Nestled in the scenic Lowveld of Mpumalanga, our site offers 4x4 trails, camping, ziplining, and curated picnic experiences, blending adrenaline-pumping activities with tranquil nature retreats.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences across all activities, including 4x4 trails, camping, and adventure offerings.
• Collaborate with nearby product partners, such as Sudwala Caves and local tourism operators, to develop and promote shared adventure product packages that enhance visitor experiences.
• Manage staff, budgets, and marketing initiatives to drive growth and maintain high operational standards.
• Ensure safety and compliance with all adventure and campsite regulations.
• Foster a welcoming environment for thrill-seekers, families, and nature enthusiasts.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hospitality, tourism, or adventure park management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and partnership-building abilities to work with local tourism partners.
• Passion for outdoor adventures and knowledge of 4x4 or adventure tourism is a plus.
• Ability to manage budgets, marketing, and operational logistics.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to relocate to the Mpumalanga Lowveld.
