Today, XCO Group stands together in black. 🖤

Through XCO Cares, our employees came together in solidarity with every woman affected by gender-based violence, and with the families carrying the unimaginable pain of losing someone they love.

The recent murders of women in and around Kempton Park are a devastating reminder that silence is not enough. We stand for urgent investigations, accountability for those responsible, and justice for every woman whose life has been taken.

Women should not have to live looking over their shoulders.
They should not have to be ready to run.
They deserve to feel safe.

Today we wear black. Today we stand together. 🖤

🎂 Things got a little competitive at XCO on Friday... and very sweet!

Over 30 cakes entered the XCO Cares Bake-Off Challenge, and the competition was fierce! 🎂🔥 From the tallest and biggest to the most Insta-worthy, funniest and ultimate showstopper, our five categories brought out some serious creativity. 🏆

Once the winners were crowned, the cakes went under the hammer, and the bidding got just as competitive! Every cake was sold, with all funds raised going towards I Love Bo***es for our upcoming October Run. 💗

A huge thank you to all our XCO ladies who baked, decorated and brought their A-game. Safe to say, plenty of people had cake for dinner on Friday! 😂🍰

💚 Today we celebrate the incredible women who lead with kindness, compassion, and heart.

To every woman who gives her time, shares her strength, lends a helping hand, and chooses to make a difference in the lives of others, thank you.

Your care creates hope, your compassion changes lives, and your kindness makes the world a better place.

Happy Women's Day to all the women who care. 🌸

Together, we're making tomorrow beautiful.
