Today, one year ago—28 October 2024—five Dynamic Women stood on the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro 🌄🧡

Their climb was more than a physical achievement—it was a powerful statement to raise awareness for the life-changing work that Dynamic Women for Children has been doing for the past 17 years, and continues to do every single day.

We honour these women who challenged their minds, bodies, and souls—showing our children what resilience, hope, and the pursuit of dreams truly look like.

A special tribute to , the visionary behind Climb2Care. A powerhouse of purpose, a life enthusiast, and a woman with a heart as vast as the mountain she conquered. Her dream brought light to the Structure of Safety Nets we build for our children.

Born from a vision to make a lasting impact across South Africa, this is our main fundraising project, led by a group of Dynamic Women walking and running with purpose, resilience, and hope in every step.

In 2026, we’re stepping up to attempt a world record:

12 women. 2160km. 9 days. 216 hours.
From the northernmost to the southernmost tip of South Africa—running to raise awareness, funds, and futures for our children.
We’re still looking for a few runners and crew members to join this extraordinary journey.

" Our children are being failed. Failed by their circumstances, failed by their adult figures, failed by their environment, failed by the systems, failed by false promises, unaware of how empowered they actually are, and the ability they have to change their circumstances. Our Children have potential to break the cycle of poverty and generational trauma. They just need ONE adult figure who believes in their potential, providing them the opportunity, to rise above their circumstances and change the failure of generations into freedom for the future."
