About Missionet
Imagine a world where every follower of Jesus could be involved in God’s mission around the world. Where mission organisations, local churches and individuals could work together as one. Where supporting missionaries could be as close as the nearest computer or mobile device and, most of all, where every christian can be a sent one. The well known problem is that the harvest is big
and the workers are few. Even though there are 2.9 billion unreached people at this very moment, just working together to reach those around us, is not as easy as it seems. Many missionaries feel isolated and alone in the mission field, and groups use outdated technologies which leads to ineffective and disconnected efforts. The local churches are disconnected from mission organisations and vice versa. All this leads to frustration and discourages people when we think of God's mission. The worst of all is that this in turn causes the Gospel to lose momentum in the world. We at Missionet have imagined how the followers of Jesus could change this with the right support, training and by serving together. So we created Missionet Mission Center where we plan to strengthen organisations and individuals by:
Connecting organisations, local churches and individuals by utilizing improved communication systems for internal and external communication. This includes focusing on our online mission network and using it where we can learn together, meet together, pray together and serve together. (Onemission)
Collaborating efforts by acting as a call center for the different ministries, whereby the ministries can focus on the cause and not on the logistics. Coaching organisations, local churches and individuals in faith formation, to utilize resources effectively and provide them with access to services like graphic design, web design, video capture, social media management, printing and portable multimedia solutions to further their cause.
