Through the Skills Exchange Workshop, students were provided with valuable tools and resources offered by the university to support both their career development and personal wellbeing. The workshop also highlighted the importance of recognising when academic pressures impact more than just mental health, encouraging students to prioritise self care and seek support where needed.
