BLACK LIVES MATTER!!!
Now that I have your attention: WHEN PEOPLE CRY OUT: ”Black lives matter”...they are not saying:”White lives don’t matter” or “All lives don’t matter!” They are crying out: “See us, love us, respect us, treat us, embrace us....the same way you would yourself, your own family!!
Is loving your neighbour not part of the Great Commandment!!! Does the Bible not teach us to “Love without Partiality!!
Seek to Hear, Understand...the pain Humanity is experiencing... before you Respond!!!! And yes ... all, all Raccism is wrong....but also....Revival fueled by love also Demands Reform, Demands Social Justice in every sphere of life!!! To all the Hurting... may the God of love Comfort you...to all the oppressed in our world ...including women and children ... May Deliverance come in Jesus Name!!!
May His Church be a Shining Light of Justice Mercy and Truth!!!!

ONE WEAK LINK CAN SINK THE WHOLE TEAM

Professor Phelps in Australia carried out a fascinating experiment with students.

He divided them into groups of four and tasked them with solving management problems. The winning group could walk away with $100.

But here’s the catch—unbeknownst to the students, some groups were given a “special guest” planted to sabotage the process:

>> The Indifferent One – more interested in scrolling their phone than contributing.

>> The Sarcastic One – throwing sharp, dismissive comments to belittle others.

>> The Pessimist – constantly doubting, draining hope, and spreading negativity.

The outcome was stunning: Even when three members were bright, energetic, and motivated, the presence of just one toxic teammate caused performance to drop by 30–40%.

✓ Key Lesson: Success in teams isn’t just about gathering talented people—it’s about ensuring the environment is free from destructive attitudes.

As leaders, managers, and business owners, it’s our duty to protect team spirit. One weak link can waste time, lower morale, and derail productivity. Effective leadership means managing toxic behavior quickly or removing it completely so the whole team can thrive.

Remember: A strong team is not only built by brilliance but preserved by discipline, respect, and the right culture.
