TLF Inkululeko Community Centre Inkululeko Community Centre (ICC) is a project under the NGO Tswane Leadership Foundation (TLF) located in Salvakop, Pretoria, South Africa.

Inkululeko provides following programmes:

Pre-school:
an Early Childhood Development programme for 3 to 6 year olds

Afternoon Programme:
Homework Help Centre & Recreational Activities

Vana Va Hina:
a project focusing on children’s rights and participation & Holiday Program

Outreach programme:
focusing on sociol-economical challenges affecting the community

Drop-in:
an outreach activity ass

isting the community with food parcel when available, counseling and referrals

Community Development Programme:
focusing on supporting community formations and initiatives
