They stand taller than every other animal on Earth, yet their disappearance is going largely unnoticed. Giraffe populations have declined across Africa in recent decades. Often referred to as a "silent extinction", their decline has happened largely out of the spotlight. Without continued conservation efforts, future generations could inherit a world with far fewer of these iconic animals. Join us this World Giraffe Day and help protect giraffes and other vulnerable species by supporting our conservation work. Donate today: https://shorturl.at/VrzC7

Today, on South Africa's Youth Day, we celebrate the young people who will become the next generation of conservation heroes. The wildlife we protect today, the habitats we restore and the conservation legacy we leave behind will one day be entrusted to their care. In partnership with Wilderness Foundation Africa and with the support of Nedbank SA Charity Golf Day, our Greening Young Futures program is helping young people develop the skills and experience needed to pursue careers in conservation. From leadership development to hands-on opportunities through our Rhino Champion, Cheetah Champion and K-9 Champion programs, youth are discovering their potential while building a deeper connection to the natural world. By investing in youth today, we are helping to secure a future for wildlife for years to come.

The Mountain Bongo moves like a ghost through Kenya’s highland forests and with fewer than 100 left in the wild, it's slipping further from view every year. Sadly, the mountain bongo’s story is not unique. Across the continent, wildlife is under increasing pressure as habitats shrink, ecosystems change, and endangered species face growing threats to their survival.

Global Humane Conservation Fund of Africa is committed to protecting Africa’s wildlife and the habitats they depend on. But we can’t do it alone. Donate today and help us protect Africa’s wildlife before it's too late: https://shorturl.at/VrzC7

Imagine a world without African Penguins. With only 1% of their population left in the wild, that future is closer than most people realize. Every delay puts this species at greater risk. We’re urging South African leaders to enforce stronger protections for the waters African Penguins depend on. Join us and sign the petition today. https://shorturl.at/ezzpT

African Penguins are running out of time. These iconic birds rely on Algoa Bay to survive, but constant shipping traffic and the threat of oil spills are disrupting feeding, breeding, and survival. Global Humane is calling on South Africa to strengthen protections for this fragile ecosystem. Sign the petition and help protect African Penguins before they disappear forever. https://shorturl.at/ezzpT

To save a species, you have to save its home first. When habitat disappears, so do the animals that depend on it. Wildlife needs connected, protected land to survive.

We're expanding our Biodiversity Corridor in South Africa to do exactly that. 4,200 acres of protected habitat that gives some of Africa's most endangered species a fighting chance. With your help, we can restore natural wildlife movement across the landscape and give wildlife a chance to thrive. But we have to act now.

Donate this Endangered Species Day and help us protect Africa's most vulnerable wildlife before it's too late: https://shorturl.at/7kWHO
