We are led by executive committee which was voted in by HaMPIS members.

REGISTERED AS: Hampis Property Trust

REGISTRATION NUMBER: IT???/2022(*)

ESTABLISHED: late 2021 and registed in 2022

AIM/VISION: to buy properties for all our members

PROPERTY: vacant land or house

PURCHASE INTERVALS: Annual

CONTRIBUTIONS INTERVAL: Monthly

PROPERTY VALUE: R150 000 - R200 000

MONTHLY CONTRIBUTION: R1,950 (includes admin and all relates costs)

MEETINGS INTERVAL: Quaterly

PS: We are currently buying in Eastern Cape only!
