🎉 We’re excited to announce that AktivKidz classes will officially begin in our new studio space from 1 June. Classes will now run during after-school hours too.

Classes from Monday to Friday @ 14:00 - different days to accommodate different age groups & schedules.

Fees:
1x per week @ R200 per month
2x per week @ R360 per month
3x per week @ R480 per month
4x per week @ R560 per month

These fun, functional fitness sessions are designed specifically for kids aged 7–13 to move, grow, and build confidence in a supportive environment.

If your child does not fall within the 7–13 age group, please get in touch. Special class times or age-appropriate sessions can be arranged depending on interest and need.

Exciting News for Our AktivKidz!

We’ve heard you and we’re making it happen!
Starting July 1st, we’ll be offering AktivKidz classes at our private studio for those energetic kids whose schools don’t currently run the program.

Classes will take place after school hours, making it easy to fit into your family’s routine.

If your child is between 7 and 13 years old, they’re the perfect fit. If they’re a little younger or older, don’t fret, just pop me a message and we’ll chat about the best option for them.

Whether your child loves to exercise, needs a confidence boost, or just wants to have fun and make friends, AktivKidz is the perfect space to grow stronger, fitter, and happier – all while having a blast!

🎊 We’re excited to introduce AktivKidz🎊

This is a unique aerobics program created to inspire kids aged 3 to 13 to stay active, healthy, and happy! At AktivKidz, we believe that fitness should be fun, especially for little ones. Our mission is to support each child’s physical, social, and emotional development through fun and engaging aerobic sessions that blend exercise with play.

Our program will soon be available at schools, bringing structured, age-appropriate activities that:
✅ Build strength, flexibility, and coordination
✅ Encourage teamwork, confidence, and social interaction
✅ Lay the foundation for lifelong healthy habits

AktivKidz sessions are crafted for all fitness levels, helping children discover the joy of movement in a supportive and inclusive environment. Whether it’s learning new moves, playing active games, or simply having fun with friends, AktivKidz is all about making exercise an enjoyable part of life.
