Second and final call for W4AL graduates (3E and 4E's only): Calling all potential church-planters who want to make a difference in their communities. Our 'new model' W4AL Hub is made up of a W4AL Centre, an E-Cafe (skills centre) and a Working Church (working groups that disciple and mentor students). Thank you for the response so far. This document is intended as an exploratory guide to highlight non-negotiable, key factors that are necessary to train with W4AL. A W4AL Hub is made up of a W4AL Centre, E-Cafe(Skills Centre) and Working Church(working groups that disciple our students).

Exciting opportunity for W4AL graduates!
W4AL is looking for 5 Church Planters who want to start W4AL Hubs (and Working Churches) in their communities.
This will include an E-Cafe that upskills people and a Job Centre.
All training included
Only 5 in the first pilot. We will interview and select the 5 from there.
Candidates need to be:
• A W4AL graduate(with 3E or 4E)
• Passionate about people in their community
• Passionate about combating poverty
• Have excellent communication skills
• Be a self-starter
• Exceptionally good work ethic

Meet SP...she just bought her first car!! She is a W4AL graduate. Her work ethic was always strong and she was grateful to work any work. Her husband became disabled and then she became the breadwinner. She did W4AL in Nov 2021 and got a better job in a local restaurant. She did an exceptional interview and the owner paused the interview to invite other management to meet and hear her. She got the job and worked on a contract. She was later transferred to a new store and entrusted to train the staff there. She has referred many people to come to W4AL. She is now a permanent worker and has saved enough money to buy herself a car. How amazing is that! We are proud of her and it is beautiful seeing her life turn around and see a family thriving that was once suffering! God is good!
